8hours of sleep+4hours nap. My friend told me it isn’t a nap anymore..
It’s already July soon! I started to feel pressure about my sleep habit.. I got to shut my window in the room because it is like a sleeping pill.. I see outside trees swaying in the breeze then fall into sleep right away. I wish sleeping time doesn’t count in life time, it’s unfair for some people need more sleep. July is my favorite month of the year so I’ll try really hard to be more awake and clearer. I can’t wait for July!
